Grew up in Austin and graduated from Odessa HS. Attended Wharton Jr College and Univ. MS, recieved Performance Certificate in Double Bass from Univ. TX, recieved Bachelor degree in Music from Univ. TX, recieved TEA All-Level Music LIFETIME Teacher Certificate from Univ. TX. Serve as Principle Double Bassist for the Baytown Symphony Orchestra, The Clear Lake Symphony Orchestra, and The Galveston Symphony Orchestra as well as a regular member of The Symphony of Southeast Texas. Active free lance bass player doing jobs, gigs, and recordings with groups, organizations and churches throughout Texas
Military currently Active status in TX Air Guard, on standby with the 447th 5th Air Wing, Ellington Field JRB, Houston, TX and train once a month with the 272nd Engineering Installation Squadron in La Porte - serving as communications specialist, Chaplain's Assistant, and Acting Chaplain.
Have taught at Albright 8 years
All students are required to practice 30 minutes each day.
