I grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I received my bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. I also have a master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. I taught first grade in Oklahoma City for five years.
I moved to Houston in 2002 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant.
I began teaching at Albright in 2003. I am a former YLOD sponsor and I currently operate the Student Store.
In May 2010, I will graduate from Prairie View A&M University with a masters in counseling.
